De staven moeten ge\u00efsoleerd worden om oppervlakkige ontladingen en plotselinge kortsluitingen veroorzaakt door binnendringende dieren te voorkomen. De warmtekrimpende hulzen voor MV kunnen gebruikt worden op ronde of rechthoekige staven van koper of aluminium. Ze zijn flexibel en elastisch en kunnen ge\u00efnstalleerd worden op van te voren gebogen staven, zonder dat ze scheuren of rimpelen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BESCHRIJVING<\/strong><br \/>\nDe hulzen zijn gemaakt van speciaal, middels straling gecrosslinkt elastomeer, waardoor een uitstekend isolerend vermogen en ook na verloop van tijd een uitstekende afdichting worden geboden, ook bij continu gebruik bij hoge temperaturen. Ze bevatten geen halogenen, en dus bestaat geen risico dat bij brand gevaarlijke en corrosieve stoffen vrijkomen. Zijn bestendig tegen oplosmiddelen, uv-stralen, de blootstelling tegen weersinvloeden, stoten en scheuren, en dus uitstekend voor het gebruik buiten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INBEDRIJFSTELLING<\/strong><br \/>\nDe hulzen kunnen in het geval van serieproductie gemakkelijk in de fabriek ge\u00efnstalleerd worden, door voor de warmtekrimping een oven te gebruiken. Op de installatieplek kunnen zet met behulp van een brander of warmeluchtgenerator worden verwarmd. De huls krimpt zonder gevaar voor schade om de staaf als deze tot 120\u00b0C wordt opgewarmd, aangezien het materiaal gecrosslinkt is en bestendig is tegen hoge temperaturen. De grote elasticiteit van de hulzen biedt u de mogelijkheid om tijdens de montage van het onderstation, als de huls al is ge\u00efnstalleerd, te
